The short version

  • You keep ownership of what you upload.
  • Creatives made from your uploads are yours to use commercially.
  • Failed generations are refunded automatically.
  • Cancel any time — access continues to the end of the paid period.

The agreement

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. One person per account; share a workspace rather than a password.

What you upload

You keep ownership of the images you upload. You grant us the licence needed to process them and deliver the service. You confirm you hold the rights to the product images, trademarks and likenesses you submit.

What you generate

Creatives generated from your uploads are yours to use commercially. Generated output is not guaranteed unique, and we make no claim about its copyrightability in your jurisdiction.

Credits and billing

Plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. Credits reset or roll over as described on your plan. Failed generations are refunded automatically; the refund policy covers the rest.

Acceptable use

See the acceptable use policy. Breaching it can suspend an account without refund.

Ending it

You can cancel at any time from billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend an account for non-payment or a serious breach, with notice where practical.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
