In short

  • We never sell your data or share your assets with advertisers.
  • We do not train models on your product photos.
  • You can have a copy of your data, or have it deleted, whenever you ask.

What we collect

The email address and name you provide at sign-up, the product images you upload, the creatives generated from them, and basic usage telemetry — which studio was used, credits spent, timestamps. We do not collect payment card numbers; those go directly to our payment processor.

How we use it

Your uploads and generations deliver the service to you: rendering creatives, showing your library, enforcing credit limits. We do not train models on your product photos, and we do not sell or share your assets with advertisers.

Retention and deletion

Generated assets stay in your library until you delete them. Deleting an asset removes it from storage. Closing your account removes your profile, library and chat history.

Third parties

A payment processor handles billing, and — when enabled — a third-party image generation provider renders creatives. Each receives only the data required to do its job. The current list is on the sub-processors page.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted from your profile page or by contacting support. We respond within 30 days.

Common questions

Do you train AI on my product photos?

No. Your uploads and the creatives made from them are used to deliver the service to you, and for nothing else.

How do I get a copy of my data?

From your profile page, or by contacting support. We respond within 30 days.

What happens when I close my account?

Your profile, library and chat history are removed.
