In short

  • Only upload what you have the right to use.
  • No real, identifiable people without their consent — and never minors.
  • Nothing deceptive, illegal, sexual, hateful or violent.

Rights you do not hold

Do not upload products, logos, trademarks or photographs of people you have no right to use, and do not generate creatives that imply an endorsement that does not exist.

People

Do not generate imagery of real, identifiable people without their consent, and never of minors in any commercial or suggestive context.

Deception

No creatives that misrepresent what a product does, invent qualifications or approvals, or imitate another brand closely enough to confuse a buyer.

Restricted categories

No creatives for illegal goods, weapons, or content that is sexual, hateful or violent.

The platform itself

Do not resell raw generation capacity, script the interface to bypass credit limits, or probe the service for weaknesses without an invitation. Security reports are welcome — see the security page.

Enforcement

We act on reports and on our own findings. Most breaches get a warning first; serious ones do not.
